The Philipino Jeep

I just want to find out that, did Tamiya release a special car that has a body of a Jeep. which is use by the local Philipino as taxis

I saw a kit of a philipino jeep when i was around 7 or 8. (that was in the 90's, outside a hobbies shop in Jordon). but i've no luck on finding it today. (it might be made by other manufacturer, but who knows)
