It might affect the performance,

Is that just an extension for your stock exhaust? if not, you will imbalance the back pressure on your exhaust and this in turn may damage your engine

Secondly, when off-roading on dirt jumps etc. The exhaust hanging on the suspension arm will definately become loose, and fly around not only this the fumes/excess fuel coming out of the pipe will corrode the suspension arm over time

sorry to spoil your time and work but are you willing to take the risks?

cool raymond.  can you post more picture about the pipe?  I want to see the
connection between the pipe and the engine.
