You can use a needle to put some instant glue to the holes for the turn knuckle. Let it dry and use a 3.2mm drill as a truer. Remember not to use an electric drill. Your hands are strong enough.
Check if the bearing knuckle moves smoothly up and down without installing a spring. The key is to go to Ap Liu Street to look for the drills of the right size. There can even be a size of 3.15mm but I guess you have to buy a box set which may cost you a hundred something. Pay that because you'll find them very useful in the future.
