How to balance charge with ICE charger?

I have been using ICE + Orion lipo.  Haven't balance my lipo yet, and want to get a balancer.  However, I want to make sure the balancer can use with my Orions (2 big holes + 1 small hole) and those lipo with a small white connector, like this SMC.  Can the Checkpoint balancer do it?  Thanks!

Not yet use, actually don't know how to use.  I might bring back to shop for a tutorial.

So, there is no balancer can balance both types of lipo?
