personally, I appreciate very much about establishment of TRC indoor track..it is equipped with high quality traction surface and RC heart...But Sorry to say that, they really make a serious mistake in land acquistion. Of course, I dont know exact details....but from my understanding, the TRC's land may be regarded as farming land or warehouse only. The land owner cannot use it for other activities. The land status of TRC shall be different to other HK tracks including "Track". If noise impacts is ok, they would allow to open RC circuit... taking into account of those restriction in law, it is impossible Lands Depart allow to change the land use without any compensation....If yes, it will form a precedent case....Hence, they are really unlucky this time...
BUT...those people "Track" making the complaint are pretty ugly...I have also decided dont go to there anymore... |
