Except it is metal, it's outlook does not look real....even worst than some PRC RC tanks

The sankyo Type 74 and King Tiger have been around for more than 30 years and nothing has changed. Their gearboxes are known to be strong but their look is elementary to say the least....

Type 74 being a little better. it may be improved by some minor modifications. The King tiger will need extremely extreme makeover to make it look semi-decent.

How long and how heavy is it?

Just wonder, Sankyo should have closed down their business many years ago.  Why these tanks suddenly reapear in the market?

These tanks have been around for sale at least between 1996 to now. Of course, they were also available before that.
