個radio box 會從新做石膏模番cup幾個新的, 因原有嗰個爛咗同冇咗個藎.

Was the gear made of machined steel or cast metal?

The gear set has steel + cast metal, but didn't had diff in this model type.
The ball diff was used on Circuit 2000 Extra buggy with roll cage type.

差唔多完成喇.

Just wait for the body shell (Fairlady) and repro new radio box to complete this vintage buggy. I will use OS 40SC 4 stoke engine (its design for 1/8 buggy) to run this buggy.
I just need it sounds realistic not fast run.

I will love to see that 4 stokes on the car.

Isn't 4 strokes harder to tune than 2 strokes?

don't know its easy or hard to tune, just first time to try 4 stroke engine.

講性能一定係現今的設計好, 玩懷舊車只是玩當時的設計同創意.
已前各廠商都有自己一些獨特的車種. 如kyosho / timaya / hirobo / yokomo / tomo.........等
各有自己的設計特色.
