Question about glue rubber tires

I use CA glue, but made a messssss on the rims.

How do other Brother glue their tires?  Anyone has any better idea?  

Glue on the rims?  Glue on the tires?  Mount tires first, and then glue on the side??  Outside first?  inside first??  

just use some sanding paper to rough the contact surface on the rims.
CA glue is good. very thin.  so use a little as possible.  and be very careful not to flow on the tyre surface.  
make sure that the tyres are balanced before glue..

You'd better use Super Glue instead of Contact Adhesive (CA) to bond your tyres, because CA needs to applied both sides to be bonded(wheel & tyre) evenly, and wait for about 10 to 15 minutes until the adhesives feels dry.You cannot do that due to the technical issue, so I suggest you to use Super Glue, it can be used simply with single sided bonding, and fast to dry after bonding.

After you installed the tyre to the wheel, you can apply glue by using the pole of the glue bottle to mount out the tyre in between, straight forward to the centre of the wheel, after 1 round, reverse half to the edge of the wheel( don't too close the outest) and turn 1 more round, then oull out the bottle and press firmly to the tyre for about 10 - 15 seconds.

This is my own suggestion, if anyone not agree me, also okay.
