It is probably made by Kong's Brothers of Hobby World in Hong Kong. They said the orange parts were made with Du Pont nylon. Lexan chassis. It was the first time I saw it when Hooby World was at New World Center at TsimShatsu. How are Kong Brothers now?

If so, i have been there for buying a hotshot front wheel slip clutch.

I had buy a parma euro panther from them too.... still miss their magic kit.. heee

interesting car, that shop was interesting too. no focus in that business

Yes, this  is called "Turbo T"  made by the Hobby World Mr. Kong in 1982 /83.
