Thank you for all C Hing's reply. I just wondering if NiMH still has any advantage over LiPo? I still using NiMH because I do not play RC car very often, and do not have time to take care of LiPo....................however LiPo is getting more popular now, maybe it's time for me to change.
BTW, is there any Lipo battery maintainence free, which can store for a long time without recharging it?
I assume that for any lipo, as long as you store it around 3.8 or 3.7 per cell, it will store for a long time. I don't play weekly so what i usually do is put charger in storage mode and charge my lipo until it reaches 3.7 or 3.8 and just put them aside.
ching, I am quite like you, not often playing and no time to maintain.
Also, I still play old gear (RC10T, Avanti2001, Lazer ZX...) LiPO not fit, so can only use NiMH.
