how do you measure it. Use of 4 electronic balances?
If not, there may be a consideable % of measuring error. I would consider the front being equal on the two side.
motor side =697g, Lipo side = 642 g  , therefore I would use 40g~50 g of lead on the right rear part of the chassis. Balance the car from center line
I use 40g. My config. is similar to yours.
HW 60A + 8.5T motor

when i place about 60g weight onto the right rear...still not solve the motor rear side big problem
...even there have some minor measurment error..
in my point of view...i would like to seperate the car into 2 parts from front and rear
that means motor and esc is a couple....servo and reciever another..and then the lipo is 232g...
that means 116 into a couple...motor+esc=198g including wiring...while the half lipo is 116g...there have 82g difference...also the servo+reciever is 67g including wiring....there have 116g-67g=49g

A reasonable idea. That means you have to add ~130g on the right side. This would put a lot of useless weight onto a racing car.
You have to consider the moment of forces (weight x distance from a pivot ) acting from the centerline (line splitting the car into left and right side). You should put all your things, motor, esc etc as near to centerline as possible. In my case, I added 40g and put it on the right rear part near the edge of the chasis. My car roughtly balanced . You can test it by placeing  two screw drivers and tilt the car up (one screw driver under the front suspension mount and the other to the rear) . Hope that would solve your problem.

already maximized the center gravity...eg..the inner servo hole...etc...unless use the turnover belt method maybe much better...
now i have matched all the 4 springs...i found that each spring have a bit difference from same height and stress...4 springs affort difference weight in a same level of space...still need to test it physically....

I think the "the turnover belt method" may be a good idea for optimised weight distribution. Wish you luck.
Good to see that there is a serious player like you.

ha...poor fingers so need to guess car settings have problem....or i just enjoy maintenance more then race...
i also found that the servo linkage have problem if turn right is need more distance then left...
the final steering angle of right side is less than the left...do you have this situation?

I enjoy maintenance too , cause I am a new hand and need a lot of practise before I can safely play in JV. I mean "safe" for my car and other Chings' cars.
Regarding steering problem, I think I have similar problem as yours. I cannot  remember which side. (My car is now in HK and I am now in Shenzhen, I kind of spending equal time in both cities) But steering servo still work and the turning angle are approximately the same.
P.S. I am using Savox 1251MG servo

hi..just back home and add a new pic to illustrate...
if the lipo expand into 6 pieces of cell just like a NIMH...each slot should carry 232g/6=38.6g
but this moment i simply divide it as 3 couple...each at 77g..i found that the front 2 couple are well balanced now...so just considering about the rear...

In that case, the heavy lipo may not be suitable to be used in other cars. ........ final thoughts....... use lead
