yes, it is a panther and it only cost $650, much cheaper than buying from a RC shop.
If you like Sherman, then go to waigo to buy a new one.  If they are out of stock, just ask the lady there to order one from Japan for you.  They offer order services.
If you do not know where is waigo, just let me know
