in fact, this conversion kit is to convert from what to what?

I think this is more like a stand alone kits which just a bit of parts from f103 or f104 (eg. Front upright, rear differential....)

Anyone has the exact price of this kit??

from Jet hobby website....$2780....but they seems to be "seafood price" at there

to be more precise, price is subjected to the exchange rate of Yen to Hong Kong dollar....right ?
