LED control problem

Hi, I hv a 3channel remote + receiver
I also hv a GT Power LED control system, but the 3ch of the remote cannot be used to on/off the LEDs
Is that the GT Power LED system not support remote control ??
Which brand / system hv a LED control system that can be used by the 3ch of remote ? Thanks !!
