usually the sauce will last you 6-8 mins. run time,  but it all depends on how dirty the track is.
after you finish your run, there should not be any 'smell' of tire sauce on the tires.

however, i found touring foam tires usually give you very good traction that you dont really need tire sauce. (JV, TC and TRC)
