HW 120A 同 TP 140A都有, "完全"無分別,

樓上ching講得對, 實際140A得個數字, 無賣點,
HW維修過, 售後服務滿意
TP壞過摩打, 舖唔理, 直接問TP, 講到你問題, 唔掂

請問本公司的同事是怎樣回覆你, 講到是你的問題呢? 本公司一般在電話上只會協助客戶把馬達的問題盡量找出來, 如還是有問題, 本公司會要求客戶把馬達寄回來維修然後再告知客戶馬達的問題在那裡.

一般維修時間需要多久?我講係電變!

一般電變維修預10個工作天左右. 如你之前是通過模型店維修電調, 因本公司也不知那一隻電調是你的, 所以煩請你跟模型店查一下維修的情況. 另外, 如之後還有電調維修, 你可直接把發郵發到[email protected], 然後把電調寄到發給你的地址就可以. 當然如你有任何查問, 也最好通過發郵件查詢, 我們會盡量在當天回覆郵件給你.

I bought a Team Power 4T fixed timing from Action Hobby in December 2011. I found some defects from the Brand new motor and sent it back for repair in Jan 2012 (through action hobby). Still no response by new. almost 3 months.

I paid for a brand new motor ! suppose i should get replacement, right? I never used it. Any way you can follow up the case, please?
