連電變上散熱風扇斷左條香雞電線都話會跟進返,以上問題查詢或投訴,TP 都係兩三日內回覆,希望TP customer service會繼續咁正面去面對問題幫到user。
In fact, I am on the side of Team Powers. I think the after-sale service of Team Powers is actually excellent. When you contact them directly, they respond and resolve the problem really fast.
In most cases, I think it's the retailer's problem. e.g. Action Hobby ! They seem to be very unwilling to help on the follow-up after they sold the product out. This is reasonable from their business viewpoint. However, I think it is no longer acceptable in the competitive market of Hong Kong nowadays. Let's see how long such a popular shop at kws can survive with the double-sized shop.

As Hobbywing we can contact them through MSN. QQ, E-mail also direct line. They always reply mail within 3 hours. Could Teampower compare these after-sale service with them?
