Just finished Cougar SVR!

How's is the diff?  Is it running good?  I have hard time to get it right....

What do you mean? Cause when I sarted to assembly the gear box parts , so dicover the layshaft not match with the idler gear , so contact Schumacher Racing to shipped new set for me , had been received but also not match. Then I buy the slim 銼 to modify the layshaft gear angle. Finally it run smooth . That my experience !

I am having issue with the gear diff, I have assembled and reassembled many time, it does not preform the diff function.

My car using ball diff. don't have this problem! You say you use gear diff. instead of ball diff. ,they will not move to each others in opposite side, not smooth or else? Can detail show me? Or ask for Schumcaher sales dept. to solve the problem, replaced the parts! If request please contact [email protected]

Actually, a typo...  gear diff is not out yet.  I really meant ball diff...

You just say after assembly the ball diff. can't roate smooth ? Or can u detail describe!

Hi Mr. Tam, I will put this diff on the car, and try to run it to see what happen....  But something is not right..

What is the problem ? Any adnormal response when move the car on straight or steering on both left or right?

I assembled everything.... I hold the reduction gear and try to turn one wheel but the other wheel seems to turn the same direction.  I will try to clean out all lubs and to rebuild again....  part of the fun...

Oh! Let take it out to see what happened to rotate same direction ? Do you have time to find out the problem? Please Pm me the contact no. will u?

lI always thanks for your good information above the car kit advise, Is it really too much silicone grease to make the ball cannot move?

Yes Sir...  a bit too much...

THZ for your sharing, i always disassembly the wheels of SVR and insert to my other car T4 , the front wheels bearing is same and rear axles diameter & pin also fit, so decide to change to 2.2" wheels
