4200 SHV -- Orion advantage charger

I charged the battery 4200 SHV at the setting of  Ni-mh 4500mah,  3mv, 5a, repeak delay off, trickle charge on, temperature 50.  It took about one hour to finish the charging , I just wanna to know whether the setting and the charging time is correct.   Thanks for sharing your valuable experience!!

When it finished it showed the date as Trik 0.3a , time 053:58,  8.74v and 4500mah.   

Anyone knows about the meaning of Trik 0.3a?  is it 8.74v is the output voltage?  what is the good or reasonable value for this volatage value?....  Sorry for so many
questions!!

恩~~你可以將電池的容量在往上提高一些~因為我看到你的充電氣是停在4500mh
所以我認為你的電池還可以在往上充電~以我的調法是將電池容量設為4800mh!!
out put volatage 8.74 代表你的電池電壓已經達到最高了~~所以charger無法在對他充電
你有discharger board嗎?? 有的話可以放完電在衝唷 !!

Thanks for your reply , I have a discharger....  I will discharge the batteries tonight to see what happen about the voltage.  By the way, What is the good voltage for 4200 shv after charging?

不隻到您的SHV 的單顆電壓為多少把他加起來的電壓就岔不多了~~但是充電時的電壓一定會高過餘額定電壓直~~所以當PIC 3mv到達時就不需要在對他充電囉^^
所以應該不需要去在乎衝完電之後的電壓

I suggest you turn off the trickle charge as it's for NiCd battery only.  The trig 0.3A should go away after you turn it off.

Someone also suggested me to set 5000mah so that the battery is fully charged. it is good, will it be damage the battery.
