My friend just finished building his TB02. I put a white pig in my TA05 just to match my friend's speed. However, I still found my TA05 is quite a lot faster than the TB02. And TB02 is a bit more noiser too. So, who said to give up TA05, and buy TB02 for street run??

Did both cars have the right gear ratio. BTW, it is useless to compare speed in st. You should compare it in the track. So many factors will alter the performance such as battery, and speedo. Will your Ta05 has lesser runtime as your friend's TB02. TB02 has a very high internal ratio, 2.6. It has a lot of torque but need to gear right external ratio. Shaft car has no buffer on gear ratio matching. With right ratio fast and efficiency. But without a right ratio, be carefull on your speedo.
