Can any bro can share how to equalize a stick pack battery, I have a smart tray but cannot fit.. Any bro can share how to maintain your stick pack battery!! Thanks

unwrap it, and make it a side by side pack

or

use needle to reach 1 cell at a time, and discharge it to 0.9v, but then, you still can't use your smart tray.
