outlaw motor

anyone can tell me, What is Outlaw motor?
I always to read some regulation of competition, used in OUTLAW motor is allowed.e.g: 17.5T outlaw motor

what is different above motor?

STOCK motor usually have a specified size or motor rotor. I don't remember the exactly number, but stock motor rotor is smaller than the outlaw one.
That's why Outlaw motor usually have a higher torque, a higher magnetic feeling.

While the stock motor is also getting faster and faster, so the wire resistance also being count, can't be lower to some value.

In Hong Kong, outlaw or stock still OK for most of the blinky and open brushless race. For other country, case by case.

請問outlaw 的13.5T motor 是可玩13.5 Turbo 模式嗎？還如可以，齒比應該多小？

可以，但唔可以開咁大同齒比相對要高，至少都5.5-6。
