cheap and lazy way -> use a comm brush to clean the comm and change the brushes, run-in the motor with an old pack, lube the metal bushing
expensive and better way -> take apart the motor and clean with motor cleaner, use a comm truer to cut the comm, change the brushes, lube the metal bushing, use a motor checker to run-in the motor...if want more, get some alignment tools to ensure everything is aligned after re-assembled |
