The best place should be Shenzhen. They have all sizes & specs you can't imagine.

I did the former, not the latter but I am using spectrum receiver in one of my mini AWDs plus an ESC from novak. It works too.

So if the AD board has FET upgraded, and we can find Li-po 7.4V that can fit into the original 4 AAA battery holder.

We can use cheap motor and have good speed and response?  

Even faster than the hand-wind motor with 4.8V intellect?

would you tell me what servo model board can take to use beacuse last time i use one china servo board but so jam.

Not for mine. But you can find similar products from the RC helicopters that have the protection circuit to avoid high current discharging. In Shenzhen, you can find both. Ask the seller about the 'C'. '8c' is already very safe if you play with the miniz using 2 cells.

8C tells you that you can drain the battery at up to 8 times that capacity. If the battery is 800mah, the max current drawn can be 8 x 800mah = 6.4amps an hour.

I found something as high as 30c for helicopters but the downside is they are usually bigger offering the same capacity and thus, I guess, heavier too.
