pls help !about my new buy Charger

Is any C hing using RC -Power 601BC Li po charger.I just buy it last week. And something wrong with it , during charging the battery, it will keep suddenly drop the output to (0 A) for about 10 sec( the cooling fan will also shut down at this moment), and then (A) will come up again to charge.
1) I was using 15 V, 5A input.
2) I was using 3.6 A to charge my 1800mah Ni Mh battery.
3) Do I just miss any set up and make it happen?

15V 5A input 即係咩啊，點解個power supply Volt 數咁高 Amp 數咁低咁得意呢？！！

My power supply was buy from wai go, and it look like a computer power supply, and it's output is 15 volt and 5 A .Is there any problem with it?
By the way the problem was also happen when I using the car battery.

不如你試下低A 數充，如1.8A咁上下。

試下代佢答15V 5A 係個POWER SOURCE俾個CHARGE機,VOLT同CUREENT 只有功率關係,一部一匹冷氣機都係行220V 3.8A
supply 通常睇既係POWER,AMP數越大既係POWER越大,VOLT大係唔會AMP都會大,應該係細先岩
師兄個POWER SUPPLY係唔係唔夠力?

Thank you for your advise. But I also try the low A as 1.8A as well. But it also happen. I just worry about the factory setting of it.

But I have already try to use 15A car battery. but it also happen!!!I just worry about there was some wrong with the factory setting.

睇嚟唔似你嘅問題，不如聽日打去wg問吓。

Thank you all of the c hing's advise. I think is better to contact Wai Go. Hope they will change the other one for me.
