HB D4 problems

Hi,
I'm started to work on the ball diff for my D4 but found that the lock nut is just the way too long and seems it can't fully get in the diff outdrive.

Also, the lock nut looks so different when checking the maunal. Any C hing have the same problem as me??

200% agree !!........

the diff spring need to be prepressed......absolutely important !!......

otherwise the diff won't be smooth......

Yes, my D4 came with the same lock nut and yes, pre-press the spring is important too..
