Which ESC is good for 1/10 EP touring.

I am currently using a very old HK made Esc (no motor limit by TP) , thinking to buy a new one as I just bought a Reedy Ti 12tx1 and Yokomo 13T motors.

Any good esc ?

or

Brushless is the way to good ? I just don't know how much different between brushed and brushless (performance wise, not maintenance wise)
