喱d我真係唔知喇
但我想問係咪每個摩既磁力都唔一樣??
Of course the magnets are not all the same in all motors. With minor change or variation in the shape of the magnet can change the magnetic field. Also, the later 'wet magnets' which means the magnets were magnetised before it is fully solidified, which make it also stronger.
Try to spin the rotor of an old motor and compare with the new ones, even though they may be the same brand, the new motor rotors are way harder to spin because of the stronger magnets.
Stronger magnets does not mean faster motor, just more torque.
Also, the motor can thickness is also critical. Thicker motor can or motor can made of higher density material also enhance the magnetic field. That is why it was a big deal when Trinity made 1.4mm cans when the new race rules allow it. Some older motors has aluminium cans, aluminium being lower in density does a worse job in terms of enhancing the magnetic field.
Finally, brush springs are important too. Tighter the springs, higher the torque and looser the springs higher the speed with lesser torque. |
